Demblee.it undertakes to do everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to produce and deliver the package to the courier within 2-10 working days from the day on which the Consumer has sent the order and D'Emblée has received the online payment. D'Emblée reminds you that all the items on the Site are 100% Made in Italy handmade by our craftsmen and it may take 15 days of production in the event that the raw materials necessary for the creation of the items you ordered are temporarily out of stock. As regards the receipt of the package by the consumer, D'Emblée relies on the GLS shipping service where delivery times are within 24/48 working hours throughout Italy.

The price of the Products is that indicated on the Site. Prices include VAT and any indirect taxes (where applicable), but do not include shipping costs which are calculated before the order is confirmed.

The Consumer will have to pay the total price, as reported in the order and in the order confirmation sent by email by D'Emblée.

ITALY

Shipping costs are as follows:

- €10 for all of Italy for orders under €100 (one hundred euros)

- free shipping for orders over €100 (one hundred euros)

- €15 for cash on delivery throughout Italy for orders under €100 (one hundred euros)

- €5 for cash on delivery throughout Italy for orders over €100 (one hundred euros)

- With an increase of about €10 on the cost of the chosen shipping, you can take advantage of EXPRESS SHIPPING (in case your pair is already ready when you order). Contact us via DM or Whatsapp and we will give you more information.

 

 

For international shipments, D'Emblée relies on the DHL courier and provides, where possible, a Standard service (shipping by truck) and an Express service (shipping by plane).

Express SHIPPING is related to transport times NOT production times. D'Emblée undertakes to produce and deliver the package to the courier within 2-7 working days.

DEFECT REPORTING

D'Emblée shoes are handmade in genuine leather. Small variations in color and/or small defects are due to the craftsmanship and naturalness of the product.

In any case, pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/CE and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), D'Emblée guarantees that the Products will be free from design and material defects and compliant with the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer. The application of any guarantee is excluded in the event of use or washing of the Product that is not compliant with that of the Product and the instructions/warnings provided in this regard.

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you can communicate any defects by email to info@demblee.it , attaching photos of the problem and indicating the order number.

As soon as we receive the report, we will evaluate the existing problem and try to resolve it.

In case of need for intervention by our craftsmen, we will provide you with the shipping address of our company to arrange for the replacement or repair of the shoe.
