We hope you enjoy your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. For substitutions, read the SUBSTITUTIONS page. For returns, simply log into your account and make a return request. If you make a return, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay once the package has been received at our headquarters.

Don't forget to print and fill out the form to be included in the parcel!
All items must be returned in the condition they were received: unused, washed or altered. Please also include all boxes and protective cases.

If you have placed your order with payment on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer to the IBAN that you will indicate on the form to be filled in and inserted in the package.
