Shipping
We are committed to preparing and handing over the package to the courier within 2–7 business days of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
If raw materials are temporarily unavailable, production may take up to 10–15 business days. Any updates will be communicated via email.
Delivery takes place:
- Italy: 24–48 business hours via GLS or Poste Italiane
- Europe: 4–6 business days (depending on the destination) via DHL courier
The prices of products on the website include VAT and indirect taxes (if applicable), but do not include shipping costs, which are calculated before the order is confirmed. The customer is required to pay the total amount shown in the order and in the email confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Italy
- 10 € per ordini < 100 €
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
- + €5 surcharge for cash on delivery on orders of €100 or more
- + 15 € supplemento per pagamento alla consegna su ordini < 100 €
- + approx. €15 for express shipping(only if the item is ready), subject to confirmation.
International
Standard or Express service, where available.
Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Reporting Defects and Warranty
All of our 100% Made in Italy items 100% Made in Italy handmade: slight variations in color or imperfections are a testament to their artisanal craftsmanship. We offer a two-year warranty against defects in design or Materials.
To report a defect, please send an email with photos and your order number within 14 days of receipt; we will review your request to determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.
Damage resulting from causes other than manufacturing defects (such as misuse, impact, accidental breakage, or improper wear and tear) is not covered by the warranty: in such cases, any repair or replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
