Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

1. Right of Return and Replacement

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with their original packaging and protective cases.

2. How to request a return or exchange

• Returns: Log in to your account, request a return, and print the form to include in the package.
• Replacement (Italy and abroad): send an email to info@demblee.it specifying:
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Order number
  • Desired model, color, or size
  We respond Monday through Friday.

3. Shipping costs

• Returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.
• First free replacement: We cover the cost of pickup and return shipping (IN ITALY ONLY) for a single replacement within 14 days.

4. Processing times

Production and shipment to the carrier within 2–7 business days (up to 15 days if raw materials are unavailable).

5. Refund

Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 15 days of our receiving the returned item at our headquarters. If you chose to pay upon delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the IBAN provided on the form included in the package.
