Demblee.it undertakes to do everything within its power in order to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to produce and deliver the package to the courier within 2-7 working days starting from the day on which the Consumer placed the order and D'Emblée received the online payment. D'Emblée reminds you that all the items on the Site are 100% Made in Italy handmade by our artisans and it may take 10 days of production if the raw materials necessary to create the items you ordered are temporarily missing. As regards the receipt of the package by the consumer, D'Emblée relies on the GLS shipping service where delivery times are within 24/48 working hours throughout Italy.

The price of the Products is that indicated on the Site. The prices include VAT and any indirect taxes (if applicable), while they do not include shipping costs which are calculated before confirming the order.

The Consumer must pay the total price, as reported in the order and in the order confirmation sent via e-mail by D'Emblée.

ITALY

Below are the shipping costs:

- €10 for all of Italy for orders under €100 (one hundred euros)

- free shipping for orders over €100 (one hundred euros)

- €15 for payments on delivery throughout Italy for orders under €100 (one hundred euros)

For foreign shipments , D'Emblée relies on the DHL courier and provides, where possible, a Standard service (shipping by truck) and an Express service (shipping by air).

DEFECT REPORTING

D'Emblée shoes are handcrafted from genuine leather. Small variations in color and/or small defects are due to the craftsmanship and naturalness of the product.

In any case, pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99/EC and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), D'Emblée guarantees that the Products will be free from design and material defects as well as compliant with the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer. The application of any guarantee is excluded in the event of use or washing of the Product that does not comply with that of the Product and with the relevant instructions/warnings provided

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you can communicate any defects via email to info@demblee.it , attaching photos of the problem and indicating the order number.

As soon as we receive the report, we will evaluate the existing problem and try to resolve it.

If our craftsmen need to intervene, we will provide you with the shipping address of our company to replace or repair the shoe.
