For substitutions, read the REPLACEMENT page. If you make a return, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay once the package has been received at our headquarters.

You can independently choose the courier with which to ship. The risks relating to the return and the shipping costs remain your responsibility.
